Return & Refund Policy

At Bronnie E Styling, every styling service is carefully prepared and tailored specifically to each client. Due to the personalised nature of these services, refunds are not usually offered once work has begun.

Styling Services

All styling appointments, shopping edits, wardrobe consultations, styling boards, digital lookbooks and personalised recommendations are non-refundable once confirmed.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Where possible, appointments may be rearranged within 30 days of the original booking date.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or full payment.

Digital Products & Styling Boards

Any digital styling services, including:

* personalised styling boards

* shopping edits

* curated links

* capsule wardrobe plans

* downloadable guides

* outfit recommendations

are created specifically for the individual client and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged once work has started. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may be used against any eligible Bronnie E Styling service before the expiry date shown at purchase.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

* providing accurate sizing information

* sharing budget requirements clearly

* communicating any important preferences or restrictions before the styling process begins

Bronnie E Styling cannot guarantee availability of recommended products, sizing, or stock levels once recommendations have been sent.
