Cancellations & Booking Policy

At Bronnie E Styling, each service is carefully prepared and tailored to you. Time is invested in planning, research and sourcing prior to your appointment.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your session can be moved to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or converted into credit for a future service.

Cancellations or missed appointments within 48 hours are non-refundable.

If Bronnie E Styling needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Styling advice is professional but subjective
Full payment is required at the time of booking
All styling materials remain the intellectual property of Bronnie E Styling and may not be copied, reproduced or shared
Digital products are non-refundable

Service Overview

Wardrobe Styling (Overhaul / Reboot)

Includes preparation, sourcing and up to 4 hours of in-home styling. Additional time can be added if required.

Personal Shopping

Includes a 2-hour pre-shop and 2-hour in-person session (4 hours total).

Additional time is charged at £70 per hour.

Online Services (Boards & Consultations)

Available in 1, 2 or 3-hour sessions.

Travel & Additional Costs

Mileage: £0.45 per mile (return journey)
Travel time beyond 30 minutes: agreed by discussion
Parking: charged at cost

Prices and service details may be updated at any time.

All payments are made in GBP.

Privacy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your consent, except where necessary to fulfil your service (e.g. deliveries).
